Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using InvoiceAI ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

InvoiceAI uses AI to extract structured data from invoice documents you upload. We do not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. Extracted data should be verified before use in financial decisions.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@invoiceai.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Free accounts receive a one-time trial of 10 invoice extractions. Pro accounts are billed monthly or annually.

• Web — payments processed by Polar.sh. Prices are shown at checkout. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge.
• Android app — payments processed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically and are governed by Google Play Terms of Service. To cancel, manage your subscription in the Google Play Store app. Refunds for Google Play purchases are subject to Google's refund policy.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any documents and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. We do not use your invoices to train AI models or share them with third parties except as required to operate the Service (e.g. AI processing providers).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to process
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the security or availability of the Service

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI extraction may contain errors. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice for material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
